We hope you love your purchases, but in the event you don’t we have made it easy to return your items, just follow the steps below:
Please make sure all items are returned new, unworn and with all of the tags intact within 15 days that you receive the order.
If you live within the Continental US, then return label is provided and returning is complementary. For International customers, please return to the address provided below:

SAINT GERMAIN RETURN POLICY
Please take care when trying on garments. All products must be returned with all the tags on, in new, unused and undamaged conditions.
Please take care when trying on swimwear, making sure pieces are tried on over underwear so that the adhesive strip is not removed. Swimwear pieces must be returned with all the tags on, in new, unused and undamaged conditions.
These items are very special because of their history and value, so please be sure to take extra care when handling them. If you do not want to keep a vintage piece please return it promptly as there is high demand for our selection of treasures.
All beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
Please try on shoes over carpeted areas to best preserve the soles.
In order for your return or exchange to be processed please send back shoes in their original packaging including the shoe box and dust bag.
When deciding whether or not to keep your new handbag please take extra care when handling it as dark items of clothing can easily transfer to light-colored leather/exotic skins.
30-DAY RETURNS (FREE within 10 days)
A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the U.S
Please Note: All return packages will incur a $10 restocking fee, deducted from the amount of your return.
RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 10 DAYS WILL BE REFUNDED AS STORE CREDIT
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging
- Merchandise that is returned without the original security tag or damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund
- Footwear must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Saint Germain monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, asses fees and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD (cash on delivery) may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
1. To make a return using Saint Germain’s prepaid return label, complete the return form included in your order and repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.
(NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use the shoe box as your shipping box)
2. Affix the prepaid Saint Germain shipping label (included in your order) to the package.
3. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office. You can also visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pick-up.
4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
At the moment, free returns are available to U.S. customers only. If your order arrived without a prepaid Saint Germain shipping label, please follow these steps:
